1. GET RID OF FOOD SOURCES
Get rid of all food sources. No Food AT ALL should be left in your RV, even COFFEE or TOOTHPASTE should not be left inside.
Food and shelter! Attract Mice, they have very sensitive noses and they can smell food even if its in a sealed container. Wipe down cooking surfaces after use and do dishes right after a meal. Getting into these cleanliness habits not only eliminates the likelihood of mice, but it also keeps your living space looking nice!
2. INSPECT YOUR RIG
Inspect under your RV, seal all holes with Steel Wool and Caulk If you find any places that could potentially be big enough for a mouse to fit through, SEAL IT UP. Use steel wool and caulking to plug up holes. Mice can fit through holes as small as a dime, and sometimes smaller. This will minimize their access to the camper’s interior.
3. SET UP TRAPS
