These restrictions may include orders place by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be place by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

WHEN DOES MY FORM OF PAYMENT GET CHARGED?
You will be charged upon order placement. Any canceled items / canceled orders will be refunded to the original form of payment.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
Dead Mouse Inc. typically asks for 1-4 business days for an order to be processed and shipped out.
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be submitted for processing the following business day.
Transit time may be extended due to incomplete shipping address (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number/street number), weather conditions and/or high volume.
During peak times, such as holidays and special sales there will be additional processing times of 4-5 business days before ground shipping orders will ship.
